Prenatal Classes
Be prepared for Birth
Gain confidence for your birth through prenatal classes taught by Wilma O'Rourke (DONA doula, Lamaze Educator) and Tamar Quist (RM, RN). Teaching includes what to expect during labor, birth and postpartum, comfort measures, useful positions, the unexpected path, breastfeeding and much more.
Prenatal classes are free (pending funding).

Healing Spray
Meet the Best Spray for Postpartum Moms!
This spray helps all things postpartum! It has been specially formulated using oils and vitamins to encourage healing after having a baby.
